Our return / refund policy is pretty simple. As long as the product is intact and of course not opened or any coins removed from their original holders, you may return it to the address below, without further notification to us within 14 days of arrival. All you need to do is send the product back to us with the packing slip provided to the purchaser or at a minimum the original order number for reference, written on a legible enclosure with the return, along with instructions for the return. We can only process refunds to the original purchaser, but if you need an exchange, and the replacement is more than the original value, you can include charge instructions or a check for the difference (including $5.95 return shipping). If the return was originally sealed, please do not unseal the item, as it must be returned in resellable condition to avoid any restocking charges. Please allow 7-10 business days for the return to be processed. If requested, an email confirmation will be sent to the original email address on the order when the return / exchange is processed. U.S. State Quarters.com Inc. offers a 14-day return policy on all products sold, with the exception of Gold, Silver, Platinum, Palladium bullion and individual coin subscriptions once shipping on the subscription has begun. All Gold, Silver, Platinum and Palladium bullion items returned will be charged a flat 20% fee based on the total order amount. All coins must be in the original packaging. Any coins that have been removed from their respective holders or are returned after the 14-day period may not be accepted for return or, at our descretion, may be issued credit for face value only. Exchanges may be made on any item, with the exception of one of a kind items, gold, silver, platinum coins and bullion.

Exchanges may take 2-3 weeks to complete depending on the exchange and we reserve the right to process a refund rather than an exchange at our sole descretion. Acceptable Returns (excepting returns due to our error, and other than the above) will incur a 5% restocking fee. Should any products be returned in unacceptable condition, (ie. coins removed from original holders) a flat 20% reprocessing fee of the order will be charged if the product is accepted by us for return. If this fee is not acceptable, please do not return coins removed from their original holders.

Orders which are returned by the US Postal Service as Unclaimed by the customer will be refunded and canceled. The order will be credited as an acceptable return and subject to a 5% restocking fee.

On Acceptable returns postmarked within the 14-day period, we will refund the purchase price of items returned plus sales tax if applicable minus any restocking fee ONLY. Shipping/handling and insurance charges are non-refundable. In the event lower shipping fees were charged initially, actual shipping charges incurred by us but not charged initially will not be refunded. Exchanges due to other than company error are subject to automatic reshipment charge of actual shipping costs. All returns MUST be postmarked within 14-days of receipt. Under no circumstances will credits or refunds be processed without receipt or retention of original product(s) by U.S. State Quarters.com. Returns which do not include an original receipt (or other paperwork indicating where it came from) will be automatically restocked without credit, so PLEASE enclose identification with your return. NO unverified credits will be processed.

We recommend you ship any returns insured via the U.S. Postal Service, as we will not be held responsible for returns that may have been lost in the mail. Please address all returns or exchanges to:
