Also, although we attempt to maintain the status of every item current, no guarantee is offered, expressed, or implied as to the availability of ANY item, regardless of indicated status or quantity.



2. We make EVERY effort to process your order and ship it as quickly as possible. With few exceptions, each order requires more effort than simply pulling an item off a shelf and putting it in a box. (One single individual state quarter set, for example, requires numerous separate coins sorted and stapled in 2x2 mylar holders. This is why most other companies will not sell these or take "4-6 weeks for delivery.") Please keep this in mind when ordering. Also, please do not expect to receive an order of multiple quantities of any rare item quickly. We hope common sense will provide the definition of "rare" and we will presume that you understand this when ordering, as multiple quantities of the same rare item will probably delay your order without additional notice.



3. No guarantee is made, expressed, or implied as to the third party grading potential of any previously ungraded (raw) coin we sell. Although all best efforts are made to ensure the quality of the products you purchase, we cannot nor will not be held responsible if the coin you purchase comes back from a third party grading agency weeks later at an undesirable grade level. As there are many third party grading agencies, if you are looking for a specific grade from a specific grading agency, we strongly suggest you purchase a coin graded at the specific grade by the specific grading agency. There is no other way to ensure their grading. We offer a 14 day money back quarantee on your satisfaction with the product, as called out in our refund policy. This will not be impacted by the amount of time for shipping to and from a third party grading company.



4. We stand behind our record of providing the highest quality products at the best prices possible and maintain an extensive inventory updated here as frequently as is feasible. However, should an item no longer be available at the time an order is filled, the item(s) will either be backordered or refunded at our discretion. Any backordered item may be cancelled by the customer prior to shipment of that item. Please see our refund policy for details. Items which are sold out may be available again in the future, however we will not know an approximate date of availability and will not be held reponsible for obtaining any item previously sold under any circumstances.



5. We employ several methods of fraud prevention for the safety of ourselves and our customers, the upmost of which is common sense. We will not ship gold to Pakistan, Indonesia, or any other country. We do not accept large credit card purchases from first time buyers with requests to "Express Mail" bullion. We do not extend credit, period. We do not generally ship first time orders to secondary locations. We are very particular about obtaining verification of credit card information from those who choose to use credit cards.
   
   Basically, we work closely with credit reporting agencies and guarantee to prosecute any attempted fraud to the fullest extent of the law. We take credit card fraud seriously. For your own sake, do not attempt to rip us off.



6. Your privacy is nearly as important to us as your security. To this end, we promise never to sell or otherwise release any personal information you provide to us except as required for law enforcement purposes only. You will not receive unsolicited email from us at any time, or anyone who knows us or that we know, and you will probably never receive a phone call from us, except as needed to complete or verify order information, and no affiliate we will ever have will obtain your personal information from us. Our secure server employs special security protocols which ensure the protection of your personal data. If you elect to place an order by phone, no information you provide will be available on the Internet, period.
