Order Status
Has my order shipped?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status. Most orders ship within 3-5 business days (M-F), but usually sooner. Orders with a number of multiple items or older dated coins may take a few days longer.  
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.
How do I track my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order.

Please note that international shipments have been reported as taking in excess of 14 days to arrive. Apparently this is due to increased security initiated by many country's Customs procedures, generally with regard to the import of coinage or other metal objects. Tracking will not be available while in the custody of customs officials. All International shipments are fully insured. International shipments not received within 45 days (timeframe set by the US Postal Service) will be claimed and reshipped upon notification and confirmation. Thank you
My order never arrived.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If your order displays Package Tracking Numbers, please check with the U.S. Postal Service or your carrier first to confirm that your packages were in fact delivered and not being held for pickup. If, after contacting your postal carrier, the item is still not located, please contact customer service for assistance. All order inquiries must be made within 60 days of order placement date. Due to record keeping limitations of both the US Postal Service and our credit card processors, no refunds, credits, reshipments or exchanges will be permitted past six months from the original order date under any circumstances, so please make certain any claim or inquiry is completed within this time frame.

When will my backorder arrive?
  Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you. Most Backordered items ship within 7-10 business days. An email confirmation will always accompany shipment.
