Order Status
When will my order arrive?
  Your order will arrive as quickly as possible, probably between 5 and 8 business days (M-F). Read on please...

Shipment times are generally 3-5 business days (Monday - Friday, as we are closed Sat/Sun) from the date of order placement. This is for most orders we receive, which consist of state and/or national park quarters, presidential dollars, folders, maps and many holders. During holidays and very busy promotional periods during new releases, shipment can extend to 5-7 business days due to sheer volume. This represents 90% of our orders. As every individual coin we send out has to be inspected, and we send thousands per month, this does take time. Delivery on the other hand, is handled by the US Postal Service, and can range from 2-5 business days depending on the method of service and distance to the destination from Santa Fe, NM, our offices. In this category? Your order will arrive in about 5-8 business days. (M-F)

The remaining 10% generally ship in 5-7 business days. These are mostly older dated and/or graded coins which require grading checks prior to shipment, stamp orders, and coin sets which require assembly prior to shipping. Again, during extremely heavy periods this may extend a couple of days. We always make every effort to get your order out as soon as possible, but we will not skimp on quality for time. And we always send a shipment confirmation when your order goes out. In this category? Your order will arrive in about 7-10 business days. (M-F)

Sometimes, on rare occasions, we get the order which requires special attention. Multiples of the same older dated graded coin, very large orders, multiple stamps are examples, some which require acquiring coins from a dealers' network. These can take 10 days or more to get out. In any event, if the timing is not sufficient, please let us know. We can cancel any order at your request if you find your products elsewhere faster or for any other reason with no hard feelings. Either way, we simply won't skimp on quality. We will be happy to recommend other dealers who can get orders out faster, or cheaper. Assuming they're still in business. How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
  If paying by credit / debit card or Paypal, you will need to email us at sales@usstatequarters.com to edit an order. The system will not allow changes to an order once payment has been authorized. We will be happy to do that for you though.

Paying by check or money order? Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.
How do I track my order?
  You may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order. If it says "Processing" the order has not yet shipped and therefore has no tracking information. Please see the section on "When will my order arrive?"

If the order says "Shipped", you may also check your email. Have you received a shipping confirmation from us? If so, there is a link within with your tracking number. if you click it, you will be taken to the website to track your package. If the tracking number begins with "000" this means the shipment was too small to take a tracking number and is coming by USPS First Class Letter mail. It will be in a white #10 business sized envelope and generally takes 3-5 business days to arrive.

Please note that international shipments have been reported as taking in excess of 14 days to arrive. Apparently this is due to increased security initiated by many country's Customs procedures, generally with regard to the import of coinage or other metal objects. Tracking will not be available while in the custody of customs officials. All International shipments are fully insured. International shipments not received within 45 days (timeframe set by the US Postal Service) will be claimed and reshipped upon notification and confirmation. Thank you
My order never arrived.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that your order has shipped already. If your order displays Package Tracking Numbers, please check with the U.S. Postal Service or your carrier first to confirm that your packages were in fact delivered and not being held for pickup. If, after contacting your postal carrier, the item is still not located, please contact customer service for assistance. All order inquiries must be made within 60 days of order placement date. Due to record keeping limitations of both the US Postal Service and our credit card processors, no refunds, credits, reshipments or exchanges will be permitted past six months from the original order date under any circumstances, so please make certain any claim or inquiry is completed within this time frame.

An item is missing from my shipment.

When will my backorder arrive?
  Please check the packing slip that came with your order. It will indicate when the backorder is expected to ship, if possible. Your order under your account will always indicated every item in your order shipped individually. This is not correct and we are working on this issue. The packing slip will be correct.
