The 1918-D is a clear step up from its ultra-common Philadelphia counterpart. Expect roughly $0.65 in Good, $1.73 in Fine, and about $14 in Extremely Fine, with Uncirculated coins starting near $49. Denver worked its dies hard in 1918 and many survivors are softly struck, so sharp, problem-free examples are worth seeking out — and worth paying up for.
