1921-P Standing Liberty Quarter

The 1921 Standing Liberty Quarter had a mintage of just 1,916,000. The composition of these coins is 90% silver and 10% copper. Each of these Standing Liberty Quarters contain .18084 troy ounces of silver and has a weight of 6.25 grams. The diameter of these coins is 24.3mm, and they were minted from 1917-1930.

PLEASE NOTE:

Before 1925, the die for the Standing Liberty Quarter made a very weak date, causing the slightest circulated coins containing very worn dates. In 1925, the problem was corrected for another 5 years before the series was discontinued. Most coins produced before 1925 have much weaker dates than the actual coin. In very good condition, the date is almost entirely worn off with the exception of the "1". The 1921 Standing Liberty Quarter has a mintage of only 1.9 million and is in very good condition. Being in very good condition, the 1921 Standing Liberty Quarter has severe wear and the date will have the most wear.

3 of 5 Date too light April 26, 2016
Reviewer: Larry A from Oklahoma City, OK United States
Was a little disappointed that the date was barely visible but for the money I paid for such a hard to find coin, I will put it in my collection, maybe someday get a better grade.
