The 1943-S Washington Quarter had a mintage of just 21,700,000 and was minted at the San Francisco mint. The composition of these Silver Washington Quarter coins is 90% silver and 10% copper. The silver coins were produced from 1932 - 1964. Each quarter contains .1808 ounces of silver. The diameter is 24 mm. We use strict Photograde standards when grading all of our coins. Inexpensive addition to late father's collection
US State Quarters made it possible for me to finish a quarter collection book my late father started. It meant a lot to me to do so at an affordable price. Dad's collection was modest, mostly from change he acquired day-to-day. This is a working man's coin.
