A circulated 2005-D Minnesota quarter is worth face value. Uncirculated coins are modestly priced — most Mint State examples retail for under $7, with MS67 pieces trading at $10–$50. MS68 is the top of the PCGS census for this issue, and one such coin realized $147 at a 2016 Heritage auction. The headline Extra Tree doubled-die varieties are chiefly a Philadelphia story, so the Denver coin is a straightforward condition play: buy clean surfaces and a strong strike.
To confirm your coin, check the obverse — the mint mark sits just right of Washington's ponytail, and "D" means Denver. The reverse shows a common loon swimming on a lake, an angler in a boat, and an evergreen shoreline under the banner "Land of 10,000 Lakes." An "S" coin is a San Francisco proof, and 90% silver 2005-S proof versions exist for the year.
Denver struck 248,400,000 Minnesota quarters honoring the 32nd state, admitted in 1858, with a reverse by Charles Vickers. Every coin we sell is inspected and graded before it ships. If you're after the doubled-die trees, see the 2005-P Minnesota quarter, or shop the full run of state quarters.

Great
arrived on time and as described
I ordered about 200 individual state quarters to complete my grandmother's collections for each of her kids/grands/greats. All were in excellent condition and organized in a way that made adding them to the books as easy as possible. Thank you!
The order process was easy, price was great and delivery was fast. I would definitely order from you again.
